Ben has found his favorite professional recording space at The Keep. Jason Spillman, his colleague and collaborator on upcoming singles Love from Fear and We Can All Get Better, pointed him in Nick Sullivan‘s direction when Ben mentioned that he really wanted to have his music professionally recorded. “My band Goodnight Freeman recorded our album with Nick, and the experience was so chill, I knew Ben would love it there,” he says.
Several phone calls and a dozen emails later, Ben walked into The Keep with Jason, Nick, and Corbin Topey-Davis, a dear friend and colleague of Ben Jason’s, and the three laid down instrumentals for Ben’s debut single Verbal Equinox. The day after, Ben jammed out main vocals, background vocals, beatbox and light percussion, and on March 20, 2021, Ben released his first single.
Ben is back at the keep collaborating with Nick, his “house band” (name TBD), comprised of Jason and Ian Spillman, and Jason Tyler Vaughn, and Corbin, who is featured on both soon-to-be-released singles! He can’t wait to share these upcoming songs with the world!
